The ESM intends to establish a framework agreement (for a term of four years) with a single provider to supply a comprehensive range of website services to enhance, develop, maintain, host, and support the ESM Website (the ‘Website Services’). The ESM considers website services as a core service and requires that they are executed in an efficient, effective and professional manner.
