Short Description
Provision of Oracle Support and Implementation Services
In 2017 the ESM selected Oracle Fusion Cloud as Software as a Service (“SaaS”) for its current applications: ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), HCM (Human Capital Management including Taleo) and EPM (Enterprise Performance Management). The ESM intends to establish a framework agreement with a single Service Provider for the provision of Oracle support and implementation services.
