Joint Statement of the Third High-Level RFA Dialogue
The third High-level RFA Dialogue took place in Bali, Indonesia, on 10 October 2018. The Dialogue participants discussed how to strengthen the Global Financial Safety Net (GFSN) and enhance cooperation among its various layers amid growing uncertainties posed by rising trade tensions, tightening financial conditions, and geo-political risks.

ESM raises €3 billion with new 3-year bond

Luxembourg – The European Stability Mechanism (ESM) on Tuesday raised €3 billion by issuing a new 3-year bond, marking a successful start to its fourth-quarter funding activities.

“Lively investor appetite allowed for a strong first deal for the ESM in the fourth quarter,” said Siegfried Ruhl, ESM Head of Funding and Investor Relations. “Being present at the short end of the curve offered investors a maturity in which there had been limited supply so far this year.”
