Emma Cunningham

Emma Cunningham is the Assistant Secretary General in the Irish finance ministry with responsibility for EU and International Division. She is Ireland’s representative on the EU’s Economic and Financial Committee and on the Eurogroup Working Group.
She was previously Assistant Secretary General in the Taxation Division and prior to that she was Assistant Secretary General in the Banking Division.
