Pringle and beyond: lessons from 10 years of ESM-related court decisions

Following the 10th anniversary of the Pringle judgment, the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) will host a legal conference devoted to 10 years of litigation involving the ESM on Friday, 30 June 2023.
