The EFSF, the European Financial Stability Facility, rated Aaa (Moody’s) / AA- (Fitch) / AA (S&P), has sent a Request for Proposal to a selection of banks from the EFSF/ESM Market Group with regards to an upcoming transaction, subject to market conditions.
