Pandemic stimulates positive changes
The ESM quickly adapted to new ways of working when Covid-19 erupted in early 2020, relying on its technology infrastructure and systems and new digital channels of communication for a smooth transition, and putting a number of equipment and safety measures in place for staff’s continued health and productivity.
The ESM also reinforced its cyber security systems and accelerated an existing project to implement a cloud-based collaboration platform, fostering secure connectivity and strengthening collaboration among staff and with external stakeholders.
