ESM appoints Laure Salducci Head of HR and Organisation

(Luxembourg) – The European Stability Mechanism (ESM) has appointed Laure Salducci to the position of Head of Human Resources and Organisation.
Ms Salducci, who is a French national, joined the ESM in 2013 to develop the Compensation and Benefits function, and advanced through progressively more senior positions in the HR division. She has focused on developing a robust people strategy and HR framework, which reflects the ESM philosophy as a lean and flexible organisation.
She graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Science Po) in Aix-en-Provence with a major in Economics and Finance and holds a Master’s degree in HR Management from the ESSEC business school.
“Laure Salducci has broad experience in successfully managing complex corporate HR policies. With her excellent knowledge of the ESM and its HR activities, acquired over the years she has been with us, her proven leadership ability and management skills, I am very pleased to welcome her as Head of Human Resources in what is a challenging time,” said ESM Managing Director Klaus Regling.
