Cédric Crelo is Head of Communications and Chief Spokesperson at the European Stability Mechanism. Previously, he was Head of International Relations and Communications at the Central Bank of Luxembourg, where he held several other positions. He also was Luxembourg’s representative at the International Monetary Fund and the Asian Development Bank and worked in international corporate finance.
Mr Crelo holds a Masters in International Public Policy from the Johns Hopkins University (SAIS) in Washington DC, a Masters in European Studies from Université Pierre Mendès France in Grenoble, and a Masters in Business Economics and Finance from Université Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg. He also holds a certificate in Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge.
