Organisational Development Services

The ESM intends to conclude multiple framework agreements for the provision of Organisational Development (OD) related services with various Service Providers. If the ESM determines a need for OD related services, it will sign an implementing contract with one of the Service Providers which will be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant framework agreements. The ESM members of staff are the main target group for projects and programmes under these framework agreements. The services are divided into 3 lots: Lot 1: Cultural transformation, team development, strategic leadership support Lot 2: Diversity and Inclusion Lot 3: Conflict Management Candidates may submit their applications for only one lot or for multiple lots. The agreements to be established will be for a 4-year term.
