Klaus Regling speaks at the Bridge Forum Dialogue

On 4 October 2022 (14.30 – 16.00) a symposium “The Economic and Monetary Union – Past, present and future” will take place, organised by the Bridge Forum Dialogue. Ms Yuriko Backes, Luxembourgish Minister of Finance, will provide an introduction; ESM Managing Director Klaus Regling will deliver the keynote address. This will be followed by a panel discussion, with the participation of Eurogroup President Paschal Donohoe, and former Eurogroup Presidents Mario Centeno, Jeroen Dijsselbloem, and Jean-Claude Juncker. The symposium will be chaired by EIB President Werner Hoyer, and moderated by Maria Demertzis, Deputy Director at Bruegel. It will take place in a hybrid format: at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg and will be streamed live.

The Bridge Forum Dialogue is an interdisciplinary debating platform linking European and national institutions in Luxembourg. It organises events that stimulate dialogue and reflection on questions concerning European integration, presented by speakers from the monetary, financial, economic, political and academic worlds.
