What are the key steps of the selection process?

Candidates are selected based on an examination of their application. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in a series of interviews, which can include phone/video interviews, personal interviews, and if required, tests or written exams. Subject to prior approval from the candidate, background and reference checks will also be performed.
