Klaus Regling, Managing Director of the European Stability Mechanism, would like to invite you to an evening with Jeroen Dijsselbloem, former President of the Eurogroup and former Finance Minister of the Netherlands.

Jeroen Dijsselbloem will present his book, "The Euro Crisis - The Inside Story" and discuss it with Mr Regling. Eleni Varvitsioti, Brussels Correspondent of the Greek daily Kathimerini, will moderate.

Biographies
 
Jeroen Dijsselbloem
is the former President of the Eurogroup of the euro area finance ministers and former Chairman of the Board of Governors of the ESM (from 2013 to 2018). He was Finance Minister of the Netherlands during most of that period, and has had a long career as a Labour politician in that country.
 
Klaus Regling
is the Managing Director of the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) and CEO of the European Financial Stability Facility (EFSF). He has worked as an economist in senior positions at the IMF, European Commission (as Director General for Economic and Financial Affairs) and German Ministry of Finance.
 
Eleni Varvitsioti
is the Brussels correspondent for Greece’s leading newspaper Kathimerini and TV news station SKAI. She has covered extensively the Greek financial sector. Her work was recognised by the Botsis Foundation, which in 2016 gave her an award of excellence, the most prestigious award in journalism in Greece.
