Carsten Brzeski - Since March 2013, Carsten Brzeski has been the Chief Economist of ING-DiBa. Since the beginning of 2008, he has been a member of ING Bank's research team and a recognised expert on economic and political developments in Germany and Europe, including the ECB's monetary policy.
