The ESM set three priorities for 2022:

To make the ESM operationally ready to execute its enhanced mandate as agreed in the context of the ESM Treaty reform and, within this mandate, to add value for our shareholders in non-crisis times.

To enhance organisational efficiency, readiness, and resilience, and to thrive in the post-pandemic work environment.
