Greece’s Finance Minister Mr Christos Staikouras and Mr Klaus Regling, Managing Director of the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) had their first official meeting today at the Ministry of Finance in Athens.
The meeting was held in a positive atmosphere.
Topics discussed were the current situation of the Greek economy, Greece’s commitments, the government's priorities and the country‘s challenges and prospects.
Mr Staikouras and Mr Regling agreed to continue having a close and constructive cooperation for the benefit of Greece, its citizens and to advance further European Integration.
