New Presidency of ESMAT

At its meeting of 10 March 2026, in accordance with Article 4(1) of its Statute, the ESM Administrative Tribunal elected Judge Kieran Bradley President, and Judge Celia Goldman Vice-President for a four-year term starting on 10 March 2026.

The composition of the panels already designated in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Statute and Rule 7(2) of the Rules of Procedure to decide appeals pending on this date is not modified by the change of President.

The incoming President warmly thanked the outgoing President, Judge Virgina Melgar, and outgoing Vice-President, Judge Haris Tagaras, for their service in their respective functions over the last twelve years since the inauguration of the Tribunal.
