The ESMAT has decided to adjourn hearing in Case ESMAT 3/2025. It will thus not take place on 10 March 2026 at 13:00 as previously announced.

The Administrative Tribunal of the ESM (ESMAT) will hold a hearing in Case ESMAT 3/2025 on 10 March 2026 at 13:00. The hearing will take place at the premises of the European Court of Auditors (ECA), accessible through the K2 entrance at the address 5 rue Erasme, L-1468 Luxembourg.

The hearing will be public. For the purpose of gaining access to the building of the ECA, attendance requires prior registration, through the form linked below, by Monday, 02 March 2026 (ESM staff members attending the hearing as public may exceptionally still register by Thursday, 05 March 2026). Any members of the public attending the hearing must undergo the usual security and ID check before entering the ECA premises, for which it is advised to arrive sufficiently in advance.
