Leticia Lucas

Leticia is the Head of Internal Audit at the European Stability Mechanism since 2013. Leticia is also member of the Oversight Committee of the European Space Agency since 2022 and Internal Audit Committee member of the European Court of Auditors since 2025. She has more than 25 years’ experience in internal audit in public institutions as well as in the private financial sector. She holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and the CIA, CFSA, CISA and CFE certifications. Leticia was Chair of the Board of the Institute of Internal Auditors Luxembourg until March 2024.
