Flore Vancompernolle
Banking Expert, Financial Sector and Market Analysis
Flore Vancompernolle is a Banking Expert at the European Stability Mechanism (ESM), which she joined in September 2017. Ms Vancompernolle monitors the banking sector in the euro area with a focus on ESM post-programme countries.
From 2008 to 2017, Ms Vancompernolle worked at the National Bank of Belgium in the Prudential Policy and Financial Stability unit, first as macro-prudential financial analyst, then as accounting and financial reporting analyst. She also joined the micro-prudential unit as a supervisor for Axa Bank Europe. Prior to this, she performed a traineeship at the European Central Bank (ECB) in Frankfurt, as an economist in the Monetary Policy Stance division.
