Arvils Aseradens
Minister of Finance
Arvils Aseradens was appointed Minister of Finance on 14 December 2022. He has been a member of the Latvian parliament (Saeima) since 2010. Mr Aseradens served as Minister of Economics from 2016 to 2019. Prior to engaging in politics, he worked as an entrepreneur, press publisher, long-time board chairman of Diena media group, and board member of Marieberg Int. AB.
Mr Aseradens holds a Master’s Degree in Economic Geography from the University of Latvia.
