The ESM intends to conclude a contract (the “Contract”) for four years with an experienced broker (the “Service Provider”) for the provision of insurance brokerage services (the “Services”). The Service Provider is required to offer optimal solutions for various current and future insurance needs, including but not limited to: 

• Financial and professional liability 

• Commercial building property insurance 

• Civil liability insurance 

• Car Insurance
