The ESM requires a single provider to provide facilities management service desk services to the ESM. The Service Provider will support the ESM Facilities Management Team in conducting operational support services and coordination services of third-party providers, under the supervision of the FM Team. In addition, the Service Provider needs to provide sustainability services, additional third-party provider coordination, project management and support services, badge management, occupational health and safety (OHS) services and inventory management as optional services.
