Livio Stracca - Livo Stracca is the Head of the International Policy Analysis Division in the Directorate General International and European Relations of the European Central Bank. He teaches at the University of Frankfurt J.-W. Goethe, and has also worked for Banca d'Italia.
He has a PhD in Economics and a postgraduate degree in European Union Law. His research interests are mainly in macroeconomics and monetary economics.

Beatrice Scheubel - Beatrice Scheubel is an Economist in the International Relations and Cooperations Division in the Directorate General International and European Relations of the European Central Bank and holds a PhD in Public Economics from the University of Munich where she also worked as a teaching and research assistant to Hans-Werner Sinn. She is a guest lecturer at the Goethe University in Frankfurt and an Affiliate Member of the CESifo Research Network. Her research interests are mainly in applied public finance and international economics.
