Klaus Regling at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange

Recently, the ESM announced a switch from English to Luxembourgish law for all its euro-denominated bonds starting from 1 October 2019. This 'Ring the bell' ceremony is to celebrate ESM’s first listing of a euro-denominated bond governed by Luxembourgish law in the presence of Luxembourg's Minister of Finance, Pierre Gramegna.
