Annual meeting of the ESM Board of Governors

According to the ESM By-Laws, the Board of Governors meets at least once a year and whenever the affairs of the ESM so require. During the annual meeting, the Board of Governors approves the ESM Annual Report.

The Report contains:

• a description of the policies and activities of the ESM in the preceding financial year,
• the corresponding financial statements,
• a report of the external auditor in respect of these financial statements,
• and a report of the ESM Board of Auditors on its audit work and findings in relation to the operational accounts and balance sheet of the ESM and its conclusions and recommendations.

The Report is submitted to the Board of Governors for approval by the ESM Managing Director (Klaus Regling). Once approved, the Annual Report is published on the ESM website.

The ESM Board of Governors currently consists of the following Members:
