Hearing in Case ESMAT 4/2025

The Administrative Tribunal of the ESM (ESMAT) will hold a hearing in Case ESMAT 4/2025 on Thursday 22 October 2026 at 09h30. The hearing will take place at the Hotel Sofitel Luxembourg Europe, 6 rue du Fort Niedergrünewald, Plateau de Kirchberg, L-2226 Luxembourg in the Faubourg Saint Honoré room.

The hearing will be public. For the purpose of gaining access to the hearing in the Faubourg Saint Honoré room, attendance requires prior registration, through the form linked below, by Friday 16 October 2026 (ESM staff members attending the hearing as public may exceptionally still register by Monday 19 October 2026). Any members of the public attending the hearing must undergo the usual security and ID check before entering the hearing room, for which it is advised to arrive sufficiently in advance.
