UNITED NATIONS PRINCIPLES FOR RESPONSIBLE INVESTMENT
On 27 February 2020, the ESM became a signatory of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UN-PRI). In line with all signatories, the ESM is required to provide an annual submission to the PRI, after an initial three-year grace period. For the first time since becoming a signatory, the ESM provided its submission in late 2023. This resulted in publication of a Transparency Report by PRI. The Report provides an insight into the ESM’s incorporation of ESG considerations to its operations and institution-wide initiatives. The report underscores the ESM’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and responsible investment practices. It is an important step in our ongoing efforts to enhance our responsible investment approach.
