ESM bonds issued in Q4 2018
The ESM started the quarter with a new long 3-year bond on 9 October which raised €3 billion. On 16 October, the ESM priced its second dollar bond. This issue was a 2-year bond which raised $3 billion. Participation from central banks was exceptionally high making up 73% of the total amount.
