Miglé Tuskiené has served as Vice-Minister of Finance since August 2017. She was Financial Counsellor for the Permanent Representation of Lithuania to the EU from 2012 to August 2017 and previously from 2003 to 2007. She served as Director of the European Union and International Affairs Department at the Ministry of Finance from 2007 to 2012. From 1997 to 2003 she served as a Chief expert in the Fiscal Policy Department at the Ministry of Finance. From 1995 to 1997 she was a Chief expert in the Accounting and Finance Division of the Lietuvos Kooperacijos Bankas.                                                       

Ms Tuskiené holds a degree in Economics - University High Education Diploma equivalent of a Masters degree from Vilnius University in Lithuania.
