Annual meeting of the ESM Board of Governors in 2016

According to the ESM By-Laws, the Board of Governors meets at least once a year and whenever the affairs of the ESM so require. The 2016 Annual Meeting of the ESM Board of Governors took place on 16 June in Luxembourg. During the Annual Meeting, the Board of Governors reviewed the ESM Annual Report, which includes:

  • a description of the policies and activities of the ESM in the preceding financial year,
  • the ESM annual financial statements,
  • the external auditor's report,
  • and the ESM Board of Auditors' report in respect of these financial statements.

The Report is submitted by the ESM Managing Director (Klaus Regling) to the Board of Governors for approval. Once approved, the Annual Report is published on the ESM website.
